Host employers are the lifeblood of PIIP. Without them, none of our trainees and apprentices would have the opportunity to earn a wage or receive on-the-job training.
The ability of host employers to hire Australian Apprentices depends on business conditions. PIIP is dedicated to promoting good business conditions. To achieve this, it encourages the production of new creative properties through both the Incubator Council and its Partnership Programme. The supply of these properties generate opportunities for host employers and support the regular uptake of Australian Apprentices.
